The cozy Roßweid Hütte is situated in an idyllic and peaceful panoramic location in picturesque Stans in Tyrol, not far from the famous Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg with its impressive rock monastery. Surrounded by chickens, rabbits, goats and horses on the landlords' farm, the hut promises an unforgettable nature experience. The hosts on site are extremely eager and friendly to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The alpaca hikes, which take you through the beautiful landscape, are particularly recommended.
Stans, nestled in the Karwendel Silver Region, offers numerous breathtaking hikes in summer as well as a variety of winter sports in winter. The hut is located away from civilization, perfect for a digital detox - here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and untouched nature. The breathtaking view of St. Georgenberg rounds off the experience and makes your stay a true retreat.

... IN WINTER
In winter there is the small Stans castle lift at 4.5 km, which is perfect for beginners and inexperienced skiers. The next larger ski area “Kellerjoch” is 18.8 km away and is located on Kellerjoch. In addition to skiing, you can also take the lift to the Hecherhaus and from there take the 4 km long and fun descent on the toboggan.
... IN SUMMER
The Roßweid hut is right next to the farm and offers numerous hikes directly from the hut. Particularly recommended are the Wolfsklamm and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg, both of which can be easily reached in 20 minutes on foot. The Stans swimming pool can be reached in just 4.5 minutes and guarantees a fantastic day in the outdoor pool.
