The partially fenced property of the house can be accessed by car through an archway. Two vehicles with a maximum height of 2.0 m can be parked under the covered parking spaces. At least 2 more vehicles can be parked without a roof. Snow chains must be carried in winter.

The house has been lovingly renovated by the owners to offer modern amenities as well as wellness and relaxation without losing the original charm of the house. The living room has a fully electrically controlled tiled stove, which always ensures optimum combustion and heat utilization of the firewood. The soothing warmth can be enjoyed particularly well from the cozy stove bench. The spacious round table with round bench and chairs is the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals with a wonderful backdrop. A real highlight is the parlor in the parlor, which has been neatly converted from an alpine hut and reinstalled here. The solid wood provides warmth and coziness, simply ideal for spending evenings together and playing cards, for example.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and has everything to make the heart of any chef beat faster. There is also a separate pantry with a fridge and freezer. The first bedroom with double bed and TV is located next to the kitchen and offers a wonderful view over the terrace. The terrace itself offers more than enough space and has a brick-built charcoal barbecue as well as a seating area with table. A staircase leads from the terrace to the garden. On the second floor there is a Swiss stone pine bedroom with TV. The Swiss stone pine is known to have a very calming effect on people and the smell of Swiss stone pine slows the heartbeat by 2-3 beats, which enables a particularly good and deep sleep. Another cozy bedroom with a double bed is ideal for families with children or just for children, as the "dressing room" can be converted into another bedroom for one person. The spacious bathroom has 2 washbasins, a shower and its own dressing table. A separate WC in the basement, ground floor and first floor significantly increase comfort. The light-flooded and motivating training room with exercise bike and yoga mat, including a small TV, is the perfect place to exercise and marvel at the surrounding mountains. The Glungezer ski area can be reached in 22 minutes for a wonderful day on the slopes.
