The charming and idyllic Lehner Schlössl is located in the municipality of Leutasch at the end of an access road. Secluded yet close to the village centre, it is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends. In summer it offers the perfect location for various hiking trails and in winter the entrance to the cross-country ski trail is right on your doorstep!
The holiday home has 133m2 with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together without any problems. Two bathrooms with shower/WC and an extra WC complete the comfort. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
The cosy sitting area offers plenty of space for cooking or games evenings together. At the top of the tower, which can be reached through the living room, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the breathtaking landscape. 2 highlights of the Lehner Schlössl are the sauna and the whirlpool, both of which are located in the outdoor area.
The Lehner Schlössl also has a photovoltaic system and produces more electricity than it needs, making it completely self-sufficient in terms of energy.

The small but beautiful Seefeld/Rosshütte family ski area offers around 20 kilometres of pistes and can be reached in fifteen minutes by car. The Hochmoos-Kreithlift family ski area with ski hire and ski school can be reached in just 10 minutes. The entrance to a cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. The toboggan run, shops, café and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. For additional variety, there is an indoor swimming pool 500 metres away. A trip to Innsbruck is only 40 minutes away by car.
